HOW DO I FIND MY CODE?

Your code will arrive in an email titled "Welcome to Orion Strengths."

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I TAKE THE ASSESSMENT?

When you first start the assessment, Gallup has you make an account on their site. You only have to do this once. 

After you take the strengths assessment, Gallup sends you a detailed report on your top five strengths.

Once you share your strengths to Orion we will send you a custom Orion Strengths desk sign.

WHAT IF I’VE ALREADY TAKEN THE GALLUP ASSESSMENT IN THE PAST?

If you’ve already taken the Gallup assessment and know your top five strengths, let us know and we can recycle your code.

Otherwise, feel free to retake the assessment especially if your responsibilities or season of life have changed.

HOW DO I TAKE THE ASSESSMENT?

The assessment can take up to 30 minutes to complete. Each question allows only 20 seconds for completion, so you need to move quickly. Special assistance is available by request.

Log in to the Gallup site to view your results: https://my.gallup.com

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY TOP 5 STRENGTHS?

If you’ve taken the strengths assessment (or already have your top five strengths), please share your strengths with Orion.

WHEN IS THIS DUE?

Complete the Gallup Assessment and submit your top 5 strengths within one week.
